Lawrence E. Mikelson II

Lawrence (Larry) Mikelson was born in West Virginia and grew-up in a Navy family. He attended high school in Bangkok, Thailand for three years before graduating from Ribault High School in Jacksonville, Fl . He attended Jacksonville University for 2 years and graduated in 1966 from Carnegie Institute of Technology in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a degree in Mathematics.

Larry served 2 years in the U.S. Army, worked at Gulf Life Insurance Co. and then CSX before retiring in 2008. He has worked in computer programming since 1965. He is an Officer and President of Data Processing Managers of America (DPMA), Officer and President of Gulf Life Credit Union and holds a Certificate of Data Processing (CDP).

Larry likes all sports and has played most of them.
