DESCRIPTION:We will continue the 250th Anniversary at Bartram’s beloved Alachua Savannah with BARTRAM DAYS at the Payne’s Prairie Preserve State Park. Bartram Affiliate Friends of Paynes Prairie Preserve CSO will coordinate the Bartram Days Celebration. The BTC & Bartram Trail Society will be there with our living history friends – Billy Bartram\, Trader Job Wiggens and Cuscawilla’s own Ahaya – the Cowkeeper. Bartram troubadour Lee Pinkerton will introduce her folk songs about Ahaya and Puc-Puggy – the flower hunter.
